Bayern want to enlarge their good streak against Schalke

The Bundesliga is back at the Allianz Arena after the winter break and it comes back with a match to prove the team’s good shape as locals, unvicted at home. Carlo Ancelotti’s men will host Schalke 04 this Saturday 15.30 CET with the aim of enlarging thier 8 win streak in all competitions.

Bayern already beat Schalke on the first leg (0-2). Nevertheless, Ancelotti was cautious and doesn’t think it is an easy match: “Schalke is a good rival. We must avoid their counter-attacks”.

The Italian coach also confirmed in the press conference that “Thiago and Vidal are ready”, but he won’t be able to count with Kimmich, Ribery and Boateng. Nevertheless he didn’t hesitate to admit that the team is “ready to confront this match with guarantees”.
